What is Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD)?

The pelvic floor (PF) is a group of muscles that contribute to core control as well as many basic bodily functions such as breathing, digestion, sexual function, and bowel and bladder control.  Like any muscles in our body, when the PF isn't working correctly, it can cause pain and dysfunction.

The pelvic floor is the centerpiece to the body's wellness and PFD can affect any age or gender.  Our goal is to offer attainable solutions for men, women, and children throughout all phases of life.   Together we can diagnose, normalize and overcome pelvic floor dysfunction.

Our approach is individualized.

Creating a safe space to connect with our bodies and regain control of our pelvic floor is our passion.  We have an ever-growing toolbox to help you confidently live your best life.

Why haven't I heard about this before?

Our awareness of the number of people affected by PFD has grown exponentially over the past decade as has our understanding and treatment of this muscle group.
