During the online registration process, the system will ask you to upload your insurance card and your ID. If you provide these prior to your appointment, we will look into your insurance benefits and let you know what your cost options are at your initial evaluation! Your therapist will discuss their findings and together you will make a treament plan keeping in mind finances, time constraints and best treatment practices.

For folks who do not have insurance or have a high deductible plan, we offer a Prompt Pay Discount which is a discounted rate if you pay the day of service. Billing insurance companies is time consuming and expensive. If we bypass your insurance and you pay the day of treatment, we can extend the discount to you! The rate is $160 per hour or if you buy a 3 pack bundle, it's $432 for 3 hour long appointments with your physical therapist.

When will I get a bill?The short answer is in 45-60 days you'll recieve and email from us with a link to pay. We do all of our medical billing internally and submit bills weekly. It takes around 30 days for your insurance to process the claim and send out an EOB (Explanation of Benefits or estimation of your bill). The insurance company will send us payment, if applicable, and then after we have reconciled your claim we will email you a bill.
