Education: Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Montana State University

Jen has always been interested in the medical field and has worked in a variety healthcare settings including hospital laboratories, medical research labs, and a pharmacy.  Jen draws on these experiences to help patients understand their insurance benefits and billing options in a digestible manner.  She especially enjoys watching patients progress and celebrating their successes is one of the best parts of her job!

In her spare time, Jen enjoys spending time watching her kids sporting events and being in the mountains camping and hiking with her husband Clint, her kids Sophie, Cameron and Carter and their beloved golden retriever, Hazel.
